My Rituals:

A Balanced Body

In 2016, a set of seemingly unrelated physical and mental health issues led me to an alternative healing path.  I have found what works for me and I feel better now.  My story is meant to inspire and uplift but our bodies are each different so what works for me may not be the best fit for you.  I encourage you to listen to your body and find your balance.
