I have been practicing meditation and yoga for over twenty years and both are referred to as a practice for a reason.  Every day is a new day, every moment is new, every breath is new.  My goal is to live in the present as much as possible and practice joy.  Yes, that is a practice too!  Joy is something we cultivate and choose.  I love the share what I have learned and am still learning with you so that we can be more conscious together.
